Due to the recent internet attack, whole world is suffering a problem in internet speed. Though some of the users are not facing problems with internet speed, most of the people around the world have noticed at least small change in internet speed. High speed internet connection users have been affected a lot. There are some ways to tackle this problem in India. We can make use of the alternate proxies to browse web. In this way, the internet speed can be got back. Some of the Facebook users were noticing some problems while browsing the internet. Speed up internet by changing the proxy.
I am a Facebook addict and since few days, when I was using Facebook, I was not satisfied with the speed. Most of the images on Facebook did not load properly. I was not able to view the photos using the photo viewer. Even the photos which weighed 50 to 70 kilobyte were taking long time to get downloaded on the browser.
You can easily change your proxy address to get back your internet speed. After changing the proxy, I saw a good change in my internet speed. The images on Facebook was downloaded normally and I was able to view the photos in the photo viewer (Theater view) easily.

If you feel that your internet speed is not affected by this attack, then be free and do not worry about the proxy change.
To change your proxy, follow the below steps.
Step #1: Press Ctrl + R to open the Run window.
Step #2: Type inetcpl.cpl and hit Enter.
Step #3: Go to connections tab and choose LAN settings option. Check the box, "Use a proxy server for your LAN" and enter the above proxy address and port. This could considerably increase your internet speed and get backs your browsing speed.

Note: The proxy address which shown in the image is not a proper proxy address which speeds up your internet connection. Use the Indian proxy which is above the image.
Step #4: Click OK and save your settings. Now you can see changes in your internet speed.
To restore the proxy back to normal, follow the first three steps and uncheck the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" option.

Other Operating system users:
If you are using other operating system, you can make use of your browser settings to change proxy. Google Chrome users might click on the wrench menu and go to the Settings. Search for "Proxy Settings" and change your proxy.
Note: Remember that you won't be able to browse all the websites using the above proxy addresses. Some of the sites will be blocked for you. Also sometimes, you will be needed to use captcha while browsing certain sites. By changing the proxy, you can see a considerable change in internet speed but not as high as your ISP provides. Your speed will be faster than now, iff you are affected with the recent internet attack. Indian websites might load faster.
